Our jewellery has some standard sizes listed on each product page. If you want to have any customized size, you can contact our customer service or add a comment in the checkout regarding the requested length in /MM/ or ring size numbers, we will help to arrange the order-to-made.

 

0. Complimentary Size Customization

We always provide complimentary size customization if you don't find right size for you on the website. Please notice some products may require design variations to accommodate different sizes and maintain a harmonious appearance across all dimensions.

Before a decision on customization, the below information may help you to double check if the available options are suitable for you. And also you can find measurement assistance below.

 

1. Chain Bracelet size guide

if the options in S, M, L, X-Large on the website, you can follow the below to see details; otherwise check out note in details on the product page to see the size details.

Small: for the wrist size between 15-16 cm

Medium: for the wrist size between 17-19.5 cm

Large : for the wrist size between 20-22 cm

X-Large: for the wrist size above 22 cm ( only order-to-make)

Measure your own wrist

Step 1: Measure your own wrist by wrapping a strip of paper or wide tread around it, leaving enough space for your comfort.

Step 2: Mark the place where the paper strip meets and measure the length by using a ruler.

Step 3: If you are not sure about if our product is suitable for your size, please contact us before purchasing. We will help with your purchase.

 

2. Necklace chain size guide

Our necklace chain usually has size options as 45, 50, 55 and 60 which refer to about length in cm. It states on each product's page. If you want to have any other length, the necklace chain could be ordered as made to measure, by typing in the requested length in /MM/ in check out.

Collar and Choker: 32cm / 42cm

Short or Princess Necklace: 45cm / 50cm ( The most common size for daily wear )

Medium or Matinee Necklace: 55cm / 60cm

Long necklace: 60cm / 75cm
