VAT & Taxes
VAT are always included in the price for EU countries.
*For the countries and regions out EU, product price does not include tax and the amount of duties will vary by different terms and tax policy for each country.
Once your order is ready to deliver in your country, local courier will contact and inform you of the tax and duty.
In that case, customer will be responsible for any duties imposed by local customs.
Refused to Pay Tax
If you refuse to pay tax or it is not paid within certain period, your parcel will be automatically sent back to Gentle Monster. You will get a refund after deducting $30 or an equal amount for delivery when the product arrives at our warehouse.
Payment
We accept payment by most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, American Express. We follow Swedish law and on completing a purchase your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of the order. To make your purchase as safe as possible, your credit card information is sent via a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by outsiders. In the case of a return the purchase amount will be transferred back to your credit card. You must always enter your credit card details for each visit with us as we do not save this type of information.
Order Confirmation
When we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation via email. The confirmation is sent within 24 hours based on business day, if you have not received it within that period send an email to customercare@atendstudios.com.
Sizes
We have included measurements of most of our products under “Size Guide” to help you find the right size. If you wish to change size please contact us at customercare@atendstudios.com. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for order that’s made to order or customized.
Exchanges, Returns & Faults
We comply with Swedish consumer legislation which means that you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received the product. We will reimburse the total purchase amount. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged. All labels must remain attached to the product. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for order that’s made to order or customized. If you have any concerns, please contact us at customercare@atendstudios.com.
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. This does not include damage from normal use over time. If you believe you have received faulty goods you must contact us with documentation before sending the product so that we can approve the complaint. If the complaint is approved, we are to send you a similar non-faulty product once we have received the faulty product and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage. If the faulty product returned is not in stock, you will be reimbursed the full purchase amount. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. Note that for customers outside the EU, VAT and other import expenses are not covered.

We cannot guarantee that all products that appear on the site are in stock. You will be notified by email as soon as we received your order.
We cannot guarantee that an image accurately reflects a product’s actual colors. Depending on your computer or monitor settings, colors may vary.
We reserve the right to deny any purchases at our own discretion.
Force Majeure
Atend Studios shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.
In asserting Force Majeure as an excuse, Atend Studios shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
