We provide complimentary shipping for the purchase over a certain value, which you will see the availability at checkout or as below:
- USA over $350
- Sweden and other EU countries over kr 3000
- UK over £300
Tax, Custom
To EU, VAT is included.
To the US, we ship with duty paid, so you get a smooth delivery.
Shipping Period
When your item is ready, we will send the order by Postnord, UPS, DHL or FedEx. The tracking number will be sent you by email within 24 hours when it is shipped. Then, you can follow up your shipping status on the courier website on the same day or from the next day.
Usually the shipment takes 5-15 working days depending on the region and period. Order-to-make pieces and rings are usually takes longer time to be shipped. But you will be noticed by us.

Shipping Address Amendments
• Change shipping address is unavailable once your order is received. Please cancel your order first and place a new order.
• Please be mindful that cancellation is not possible once the shipping process has begun. From the stage of ‘Ready to Delivery’, order should be processed by return process after product receiving.
