size guide

Our jewellery has some standard sizes listed on each product page. If you want to have any customized size, you can contact our customer service or add a comment in the checkout regarding the requested length in /MM/ or ring size numbers, we will help to arrange the order-to-made.

Necklace chain size guide

Our necklace chain usually has 45 cm, 50cm, 55cm and 60cm. It states on each product's page. If you want to have any other length, the necklace chain could be ordered as made to measure, by typing in the requested length in /MM/ in check out.

Method 1 Measure your own finger

Step 1: Measure your finger by wrapping a strip of paper or wide tread around it, leaving enough space to slide the ring over your knuckle.

Step 2: Mark the place where the paper strip meets and measure the length by using a ruler.

This is the circumference of your finger, which corresponds to European ring sizing. E.g. if it measures 5,4 cm you should choose a size 54. If you fall in between sizes, we recommend that you chose the larger size.

As a rule of thumb, you can always remember that you will probably need a slightly bigger size is if the ring is wide versus slim. If the ring is sleek and slim we recommend that you opt for a lightly smaller size eg. 0,5 size difference.

This method can be used to find the ring size of any of your fingers.

Please note that the ring size can vary depending on the ring design and fit on your finger.

 

Method 2 Measure your own ring

Measure one of your own rings using a ruler. Lay the ring on a flat surface and place a ruler on top of the ring. Measure the ring (inside diameter) on the widest part of the ring. When it comes to selecting the perfect ring size, precision is key, as even a few millimeters can make a difference.

Within EU

We offer free shipping when your order is valued over 1000 SEK (Sweden) or €100 ( other countries in EU).

Outside EU

We offer free shipping when your order is valued over 2000 SEK or an equal value in your currency. The product price does not include tax and the amount of duties will vary by different terms and tax policies for each country. Once your order is ready to deliver in your country, the local courier will contact you and inform you of the tax and duty. In that case, the customer will be responsible for any duties imposed by local customs.

Shipping Period

When your item is ready, we will send the order by Postnord, UPS or DHL. The tracking number will be sent you by email within 24 hours. Then, you can follow up your shipping status on the courier website on the same day or from the next day.

• Shipping to Europe: 3~5 business days
• Shipping to Oceania : 5~10 business days
• Shipping to Asia : 5~10 business days
• Shipping to North America : 5~10 business days

*Shipping duration may vary depending on circumstances of carrier and public holidays.

Shipping Address Amendments

• Change shipping address is unavailable once your order is received. Please cancel your order first and place a new order.


• Please be mindful that cancellation is not possible once the shipping process has begun. From the stage of ‘Ready to Delivery’, order should be processed by return process after product receiving.

 

Order Tracking

To check the status of your order, please visit [ACCOUNT], sign in to your account and click [ORDERS] tab.

Shipping Status

Once you complete making a payment, the order number and shipping confirmation will be informed by email within 24 hours based on business days, then you may begin tracking on the same day or the day after.

Exchange

The easiest way of exchanging is to return the old one and place a new order.

Return & Refund

We accept returns in most cases within 14 days after you receive your order. For the order-to-made orders, we don't accept returns.

When you want to make a return, the product(s) and package must keep the original condition while returning. Please always contact us for return labels, before sending anything back.

1. submit a return request at our page and we will send you the return label

2. Please pack the item securely with all its belongings and enclose a memo of your order number.

3. When the product arrives at our warehouse, you will get a refund into your original payment method after inspection process is completed. Sent back item will be refunded after deducting a return cost for delivery and handling. The rate is as below.

Denmark - 49 DKK
Sweden - 49 SEK
EU - 10 EUR
UK - 15 GBP
USA and Canada - 20 USD
RoW - 50 USD or an equal amount in your paid currency
 

※ Return and exchange are not possible for the following reasons:
- When product is damaged or missing, or any accessories ( for example the jewelry box) are damaged or missing
- When the internal seal or sticker is removed
- When you have used the product

VAT & Taxes

VAT are always included in the price for EU countries.

*For the countries and regions out EU, product price does not include tax and the amount of duties will vary by different terms and tax policy for each country.

 

Once your order is ready to deliver in your country, local courier will contact and inform you of the tax and duty.
In that case, customer will be responsible for any duties imposed by local customs.

 

Refused to Pay Tax

If you refuse to pay tax or it is not paid within certain period, your parcel will be automatically sent back to Gentle Monster. You will get a refund after deducting $30 or an equal amount for delivery when the product arrives at our warehouse.

 

Payment

We accept payment by most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, American Express. We follow Swedish law and on completing a purchase your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of the order. To make your purchase as safe as possible, your credit card information is sent via a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by outsiders. In the case of a return the purchase amount will be transferred back to your credit card. You must always enter your credit card details for each visit with us as we do not save this type of information.

 

Order Confirmation

When we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation via email. The confirmation is sent within 24 hours based on business day, if you have not received it within that period send an email to customercare@atendstudios.com.

 

Sizes

We have included measurements of most of our products under “Size Guide” to help you find the right size. If you wish to change size please contact us at customercare@atendstudios.com. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for order that’s made to order or customized.

 

Exchanges, Returns & Faults

We comply with Swedish consumer legislation which means that you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received the product. We will reimburse the total purchase amount. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged. All labels must remain attached to the product. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for order that’s made to order or customized. If you have any concerns, please contact us at customercare@atendstudios.com.

 

Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. This does not include damage from normal use over time. If you believe you have received faulty goods you must contact us with documentation before sending the product so that we can approve the complaint. If the complaint is approved, we are to send you a similar non-faulty product once we have received the faulty product and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage. If the faulty product returned is not in stock, you will be reimbursed the full purchase amount. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. Note that for customers outside the EU, VAT and other import expenses are not covered.

Force Majeure

Atend Studios shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.

 

In asserting Force Majeure as an excuse, Atend Studios shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
